You are cordially invited to a GRM Trainer Refresher Seminar in Turku, Finland. Main agenda items for the refresher seminar are:

• Welcome and opening of seminar
• Discussion on current learning material, thoughts and views from participants
• The new Organizational Culture module
• Ensuring the learning material meets present and future requirements, especially in terms of:
  • Effective incident and accident prevention. Are there any gaps? Are we meeting the overall GRM course objective of increasing safety, efficiency and job satisfaction in organizations? We’ll look at recent accident statistics and other relevant information from different sources.
  • Requirements from authorities, industry associations, etc
• New film clips
• Facilitation – tips and tricks
• Concluding discussion and closing of seminar

Date and time: Wednesday, 20 March 2024, 09:00 – 17:00.

Venue: Aboa Mare Ab, Juhana Herttuan puistokatu 21, 20100 Turku, Finland

Invited: Certified GRM Trainers (previously called MRM Facilitators) working for licensed GRM/MRM course providers.

Seminar fee: USD 500 per participant. The fee includes the programme, coffee/tea breaks and lunch. Participants will, upon successful participation in the seminar, receive a GRM Trainer Refresher Seminar Certificate and an extension of their GRM/MRM trainer authorization until 2027.

• Participation in meeting for new GRM Trainer candidates on Tuesday 19 March 13:00 – 17:00
• Participation in the full-day seminar for GRM Trainers on Wednesday 20 March
• Fee same as for the GRM Trainer Refresher Seminar
