Besides development of training programmes, ALL Academy also offers train the trainer courses and the company is often engaged as workshop facilitators and speakers at conferences around the world. The company is managed by Martin Hernqvist who was involved in the development of the maritime industry’s first ever resource management training programme – at that time named Bridge Resource Management. Parallel to running the operations of ALL Academy, Martin is also the Managing Director of The Swedish Club Academy AB. The target groups for ALL Academy are primarily companies outside the membership of the marine mutual insurer and P&I Club The Swedish Club.
