You are cordially invited to a GRM Trainer Refresher Seminar in IJmuiden, the Netherlands. Main agenda items for the refresher seminar are:

• Welcome and opening of seminar
• Discussion on current learning material, thoughts and views from participants
• Ensuring the learning material meets present and future requirements, especially in terms of:
  • Effective incident and accident prevention. Are there any gaps? Are we meeting the overall GRM course objective of increasing safety, efficiency and job satisfaction in organizations? We’ll look at recent accident statistics and other relevant information from different sources.
  • Requirements from authorities, industry associations, etc
• New film clips
• Using AI for course development and training?
• Facilitation – tips and tricks
• Concluding discussion and closing of seminar

Date and time: Thursday, 26 September 2024, 09:00 – 17:00.

Venue: Nova College, Kanaalstraat 7, 1975 BA IJmuiden, the Netherlands (Ijmuiden is located near Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport.)

Invited: Certified GRM Trainers (previously called MRM Facilitators) working for licensed GRM/MRM course providers.

Seminar fee: USD 500 per participant. The fee includes the programme, coffee/tea breaks and lunch. Participants will, upon successful participation in the seminar, receive a GRM Trainer Refresher Seminar Certificate and an extension of their GRM/MRM trainer authorization until 2027.
