Welcome to attend a free of charge morning seminar on Global Resource Management (GRM). After 30 years of resource management training for seafarers – starting with BRM, followed by MRM – the time has come to take the concept ashore. The main objectives remain the same; to increase safety, efficiency and job satisfaction. GRM aims at creating an organizational culture that involves all people of the organization. A shared understanding of why accidents happen, and what can be done to prevent them, is needed both onboard and ashore in order to reach our high goals of safety.
