Welcome to attend a free of charge half-day Human Factors and Global Resource Management (GRM) seminar for shipping companies aiming at zero insurance claims. The overall aim with GRM is to prevent incidents and accidents by establishing genuine safety cultures built on the GRM concept. Organizations using GRM are typically those where safety, efficiency and job satisfaction are top priorities.

Topics include:

• What are the most common contributing factors in maritime accidents?
• Is “culture” a factor? (The impact of national and organizational culture.)
• How can we make people of different departments, ranks and nationalities work better together?
