GRM Trainer Refresher Online
To support continued development and ensure consistent quality across the GRM network, we offer a short GRM Trainer Refresher Online session.
This 4-hour online session provides an opportunity to:
-Â revisit the key principles of MRM/GRM
-Â exchange experiences with other trainers
-Â become familiar with updates to the material and the new ALL Academy platform
The refresher is particularly aimed at trainers who completed their Train the Trainer course in 2022 or earlier.
To remain active and receive access to the GRM Trainer section on the new platform, these trainers are kindly asked to attend one of the refresher sessions offered during 2026. Registration is made using the form at the bottom of this page.

Who can attend?
The refresher is intended for trainers, working for licensed GRM/MRM course providers, who completed their Train the Trainer course in 2022 or earlier.

Fee
The participation fee is currently EUR 150. The fee includes the refresher programme, an account for the new GRM Trainer platform at the ALL Academy website and a GRM Trainer Refresher Certificate.
Will there be opportunities to attend later?
Yes. Refresher sessions will be offered regularly, allowing flexibility in scheduling. However, the Academy WebPortal will be closed at the end of 2026 so attendance at a refresher seminar in 2026 is recommended for all trainers who wish to stay active and have continued access to the learning material.Â
