Train the Trainer

Once an organization has obtained a GRM Licence from ALL Academy, it must train one or more individuals to become certified GRM Trainers. These trainers are then authorized to facilitate GRM courses within their organization.

The number of trainers varies depending on the organization’s size and needs. Some clients have chosen to certify a single GRM Trainer, while others have trained more than 100 trainers across multiple locations. In many cases, certified GRM Trainers are not directly involved in daily training activities. Instead, they take part to deepen their understanding of the GRM concept and to serve as ambassadors for its principles, helping to lead and inspire positive change throughout the organization.

To become a certified GRM Trainer, participants complete the GRM Train the Trainer Course, which is offered online or in a physical classroom.
