BSM to host MRM train the trainer seminar in Manila

On 26 April 2018, BSM Maritime Training Centre (Philippines) will host our next MRM Facilitator training event in the Philippines. The event will take place at BSM Maritime Training Centre’s facilities in Malate, Manila. We are pleased to cooperate with Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM), who is a long-term MRM licensee, on these issues and we have many good experiences from the past. In March 2016, for example, we joined Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement at their training facilities in Limassol, Cyprus. Now it’s time for the Philippines.     The BRM and Human resources management mission is not talking about complacent theories neither explaining conceptual topics neither giving a easies consellers (theoric and complacent model), than getting a clear awareness and real competence on the field (competencial model), for all kind errors detection and prevention, and effective decision making for higher quality, safety, security healthy…. in any operational or professional environment.

    There is no exist a technic neither scientific evidence that demonstrate that talking or debating about anything (theoric an complacent model ) mor even about human factors & resources matter, leadered by anyone who don´t knows matter either (seller not trainer), and believing that these is enough to getting the related practices competencies in the field; That´s a illusory perception and fallacious believes ( delusion ) that bringing azardous thoughts, mistakes performances and erratics decisións (Duning Kruger effect), contrary to Human factors principles and to the human resources advisements; good for easier product diffusion, but not for BRM formation/ training;

    Believing and making to believe those kind of errors can to be a interest reasons ( hidden agenda), but not scientific-technic neither safety- ethic reasons ( social responsibility); and the technic without ethic ( valour, valor, responsibility, engagement….) doesn´t bringing neither quality, neither safety, neither security, neither healthy…… (neither progres), neither real training in the fields.

    The worst error ( to detecting and advising) is the shared error because brings us a certainty feeling; because the people prefer the certainty of error than the uncertainty of truth (pos-truth);
    so error is always symptom of a deeper problem.
